Each carrier is responsible for each driver in its fleet. No driver changes are allowed when booking each load.
Each booking is made only through each driver‘s APP. Pickup and delivery are carried out by the same driver. This ensures accountability and consistency throughout the entire transport process.
Only the broker can authorize a driver change if the truck breaks down and the transport is delayed for a longer period, affecting the contract with the customer. This is the only exception to the same-driver policy.
Carriers and drivers cannot cancel any booking after accepting it. If they do, this will be negative in the record with a warning.
Cancellation will only be allowed if your truck breaks down and you have to present proof (photos, repair receipts, tow truck documentation, etc.).
Five warnings for cancellations represent a system suspension and you will not be able to operate on our load board.
Warning: The warning system is strict to maintain reliability. Only cancel with valid proof of emergency (breakdown, accident, etc.). Repeated cancellations will result in permanent suspension.
All drivers must comply with the requirements of each booking, such as:
The carrier and driver are responsible for each vehicle loaded in their truck. Any damage or scratches will be covered by their insurance company.
It is extremely important that you mark everything on the inspection list on the pick-up. Document all existing damage with photos and notes to protect yourself from false claims.
If a car in transport suffers an accident such as a scratch and when it is delivered, the customer must be informed.
If the customer reaches an agreement with the driver and will not file charges with the insurance company, the customer must put a comment in the BOL (Bill of Lading) to release the broker from all responsibility and there will be no claims in the future.
Important: Always get customer agreements in writing on the BOL. Verbal agreements are not sufficient to protect you or the broker from future claims.
If a driver books a load and it has personal items up to 100 pounds, they will be paid an extra $100 considering the extra weight and they cannot claim it from the customer.
However, if the driver finds more than 100 pounds during the inspection:
If you book a load and the driver is going to pick it up, and when the truck arrives at the location it was already picked up by another carrier:
This broker must compensate the driver with $100 for not using the truck and not checking that this customer moved to another broker.
Your Protection: You will always be compensated for your time and fuel when a broker fails to verify load availability. Document the no-show with photos and GPS timestamp.
You must maintain valid carrier authority, appropriate licenses, and registration required by federal, state, and local law. You must maintain adequate insurance coverage including cargo insurance and liability insurance as required by applicable law and industry standards.
