Broker Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 10/5/2025

1. Load Responsibility

All brokers and dealers are fully responsible for each load they post on this loading board. You must ensure all information is accurate and that the load is legitimate and available for transport.

2. Double-Brokering Prohibition

Brokers and dealers must verify that the cargo is not double-brokered. You are the only one authorized to post your load and no one else will put it on another loading board. Double-brokering is fraud and will be reported to the FMCSA.

3. Cross-Platform Posting and Load Removal

Any broker or dealer who owns a load on this loading board and wants to post it on another platform can do so, but you must remove the load from USA Safety immediately.

If a carrier books your load and arrives for pick-up only to find the car is not there because another carrier picked it up, the broker will be required to pay $100 to the carrier for non-use of the truck and their lost time.

4. Transparent Pricing Structure

Each load that is posted already has a price for the carrier and the broker percentage of 10%, 15%, or 20% (depending on each broker). This makes the relationship between the carrier and broker transparent and eliminates confusion about rates.

5. Personal Items in Vehicles (100 lbs Rule)

We all know that cars must be transported empty, but we allow customers to load up to 100 pounds on this load board. You have the option to charge $100 to compensate the driver for the extra weight and arrange pick-up of the car without any problem.

6. Platform Subscription and Automation

This load board is designed for everyone. Brokers and dealers can make money on each load. You have no posting limit, just $100 a month, and you don‘t need dispatch or anyone else. It‘s fully automated.

7. Load Control and Management

Brokers and dealers have full control of their loads from the moment they post them and the carrier gives booking confirmation until the vehicles are delivered. You maintain oversight at all times throughout the transportation process.

8. Real-Time Tracking and Carrier App System

Our carrier app system works like almost all others, but much better. This app is designed to provide total control with real-time photos and GPS tracking that provides the exact location of your car. You don‘t need to wait for the driver to call you.

9. Payment Methods and Timely Payment Requirements

Brokers and dealers charge their customers, and the platform offers different payment methods for the carrier‘s service. You have to choose one or all of them to work.

In all agreements, the carrier must be paid on time. Late payments are unacceptable and represent a warning to the broker.

10. Warning System and Account Suspension

The warning system for both carriers and brokers works the same. Five warnings represent a suspension from the platform.

This system is designed so everything flows smoothly. We don‘t need more of the same as the market. We work differently. Our logistics are safety first.

Warning: Violations that can result in warnings include, but are not limited to: double-brokering, failure to remove loads posted on other platforms, late payments to carriers, providing false information, no-show loads, and unprofessional conduct.

11. Compliance and Legal Requirements

You must maintain valid broker authority and all licenses required by federal, state, and local law. You must maintain an active surety bond or trust fund as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
